This vase is robotically carved and hand-finished in my one-man shop in Colorado. Each piece is made from a glue-up of walnut hardwood and includes a removable ceramic insert, drip tray, and protective mesh to keep the wood safe from moisture. The vase measures 7" tall with a 6" diameter.
The exterior features a Flower of Life pattern—an ancient geometric motif formed from overlapping circles in a triangular array. Found across many cultures, it’s often interpreted as a visual expression of the underlying order of the universe and the interconnectedness of all life.
To prevent water damage, the internal ceramic vase should always be removed before watering. Because each piece is made from natural wood, slight imperfections such as small knots, minor cracks, or color variation may be present. I strive for precision and consistency, but wood is an inherently organic and imperfect material.
